A enjoyable project in Historic Depot Town in Ypsilanti Michigan.  Took an old automotive garage and turned it into a brewery right on Cross St that offers great beer with indoor and outdoor seating.  We were able to save some great features while creating the space like re purposing an old garage door and keeping the skylight over the brewing area.  Very fitting space for the location.

In Redford we took a vacant 2,500 sq. ft. building and constructed a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen along with a humidity and temperature-controlled chocolate room. Along with adding a garage door for easy in and out for deliveries we cosmetically fixed up the exterior of building along with replacing the roof.  We finished off the project with replacing their parking lot giving every part of their property a new look.

We helped create a vision of the space that was vacant and unfinished at the bottom of the parking garage into an open air 10,000 square foot CrossFit Gym with full locker rooms, massage rooms, health bar and of course a full workout floor. The space opens up nicely to Michigan Ave. with three glass overhead doors allowing the athletes to feel as if they are exercising outdoors.

Created new branch for Community Financial Credit Union at 7 Mile and Farmington roads in Livonia. Complete renovation of the 4,000 sq.ft. building including the addition of a new entrance tower.
