Salem- South Lyon District Library

Hired in the preliminary stages of the project as a Construction Manager and worked with the Board of Directors along with Architect to finish the design all while protecting the preliminary budget presented by Shaw CM. Constructed a 4,000 sq.ft. addition to house a new Children’s Area, Multi Use Room and 2nd Entrance with additional restrooms. With the addition came site improvements along with interior renovations inside their existing space including changing all interior lighting to LED with the savings created thru our the project from the overall budget.
